The Jury will be split into panels and will read and pre-score all allocated entry forms, considering any supporting materials submitted. Each category form has Five questions that are rated individually out of 10. Thus a total of 50 marks per entry. The jury pre-scores will be combined and the highest scoring entries will determine the shortlists.
The jury will meet to discuss the highest scoring entries and then agree on the winner for each category. The shortlists of Sector, Technique and Special Awards category will be announced by August.
Please note there will be no shortlists announced for Individual Inhouse or Individual Consultancy categories. The winners for these two categories are decided based on the responses on the entry form, at Jury meet itself. The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in September.
What does Jury keep in mind while rating the entries:
A. The forms are filled as per required category. Forms which do not provide correct category details will be disqualified.
B. Please read all Rules and Regulations carefully. If these are not adhered to, the entry will be disqualified.
Campaign categories –TECHNIQUE & SECTOR CATEGORY:
In these categories the Jury will be looking for clear objectives, strategy developed basis insights, effective implementation and tangible demonstrable results that link to your objectives in the campaign. Remember even the question why should your entry win is rated.
The Jury will be looking for an expert who has mastered the domain they are representing. They will look for knowledge gathered by the nominee and the way it has been used in last one year creatively. Each of the Five questions is evaluated to find the winner. Please note entries can be self nominated or nominated by a third party or a client or consultancy. Remember, the Jury is not looking for regular CVs.
SPECIAL AWARDS CATEGORY:
All questions are important and are scored out of 10 marks. The Jury is looking for consultancies and teams that create compelling campaigns along with working on employee initiatives.
